GENERAL INFORMATION

The event runs from 7pm to 10:30pm. Check-in begins at 6:30 pm with doors opening at 7pm. We encourage arriving early so you don’t miss a thing! There is no admittance after 8:30pm.

Check-in ONLY takes place at The Green-Wood Cemetery’s Main Entrance, located on 25th Street and Fifth Avenue (500 25th Street, Brooklyn, NY 11232).

No, attendees will be checked in by name.

No, this event is strictly for adults, ages 21 and older. IDs will be checked. Leave the kids at home; those under 21 will be denied entry, no exceptions.

The evening ends at 10:30pm. While it is possible to see everything, we encourage you to go at a slow pace to experience the magic of the evening.

No, the only entrance/exit available is the Main Entrance on Fifth Avenue and 25th Street.
TICKETS AND
RESERVATIONS

General Admission Tickets are $55 during the pre-sale (until Labor Day) and $70 afterward ($56 for members). Premium Tickets are $80 during the pre-sale and $95 after Labor Day. Member discounts do not apply to pre-sale or Premium Tickets.

Tickets can ONLY be purchased online, either through our website or Eventbrite. We are unable to sell tickets over the phone. A limited number of tickets will be available for purchase at the door on a first-come basis.

Advance booking is highly recommended as this event typically sells out.

Yes, we offer discounts for members of The Green-Wood Historic Fund. Please check our website for more details, call the membership team at (718) 768-7300, or email contactus@green-wood.com. Discounted tickets are also available during the pre-sale period, through Labor Day.

Tickets are final sale and non-refundable; they cannot be transferred to a different performance date. However, if the event is postponed due to weather, tickets will be honored on the rain date: Saturday, October 24th.

Yes! Your friend(s) just need to give your name at check-in. There is no need to notify us of the transfer.
DURING THE EVENT

Please wear comfortable walking shoes and dress appropriately for the weather. Layers are recommended as temperatures can drop at night. It’s fun to be festive, but costumes, masks, and face paint are not permitted.

Yes, flashlights are encouraged for safety. Please be considerate and use low lighting to preserve the ambiance of the event (and not to disturb fellow attendees).

Photography is allowed, but please be respectful of performers and other guests. Flash photography is not permitted. Be sure to tag us on Instagram: @historicgreenwood.

Beer, wine, and water will be available for purchase at bars throughout the Cemetery. Cash and credit cards will be accepted. There will be food vendors near the Main Entrance. No outside drinks or food are permitted and will be confiscated upon entry.

No, there is no parking available on-site. We encourage attendees to use public transportation or car services, such as Lyft and Uber. The nearest subway station is the R train at 25th Street and Fourth Avenue.
ACCESSIBILITY AND SAFETY

Some areas of the Cemetery may be difficult to navigate for those with mobility issues. Please contact us in advance to discuss accessibility options. There will be limited trolley service available. The trolley can accommodate two wheelchairs.

Safety is our top priority. We have security personnel and an ambulance on-site, and our staff is trained to handle emergencies. Please follow all guidelines and instructions during the event.

The event will proceed in light rain. In the case of severe weather, we will notify ticket holders in advance of any changes or cancellations via email and our website. Please note: Tickets are final sale and non-refundable; they cannot be transferred to a different performance date. However, if the event is postponed due to weather, tickets will be honored on the rain date: Saturday, October 24th.

Service animals are permitted, however pets and emotional support animals are not allowed.
MISCELLANEOUS

Yes, restrooms and portable bathrooms are available in locations throughout the Cemetery. Please refer to the map or ask a staff member for directions.
